In the information age, scholarship allocation systems play a critical role in providing equal access to education. Such systems need to be precise, just, and secure to effectively serve students. The paper offers a detailed examination of a scholarship management system from the viewpoint of software testing. Functional, performance, usability, and security testing are highlighted in this study to ensure system reliability and transparency in allocation. A tiered testing approach was envisioned and executed through a combination of manual and automated testing tools, combined within a CI/CD pipeline for ongoing quality assurance. Outcomes show that the system can effectively manage high loads of users, preserve data integrity, and provide an easy-to-use user interface. This research highlights the significance of strict software testing in building trust and efficiency in financial aid disbursement platforms.
